Useful Chart Showing Hop Varieties, Aroma and Bitterness
Hops. So many varieties, so how do you decide which to use for bitterness and which for aroma and how much do you want in your home brew beer. What you need is a graph.
The chart also shows calculations to work out IBU (the bitterness) of each hop addition that I will cover here in further detail at a later date
